John Dyches

Position: Owner/CPCO

John Dyches, a.k.a John the Bug Man or Bugsy, started his pest control career in 1989 under the direction of Bob Belmont, a well-known entomologist. After several years of working for both Belmont Pest Control and A-1 Effective Exterminating, John took his state certification exams and formed Premier Pest Management Inc in 2001. John is a state-certified operator in both general household pest control and lawn and ornamental. He is always looking forward to improving his expertise through pest control publications and continuing education courses. John is a Naples, Florida native, whose best friend sometimes refers to him as the town historian. He loves the many opportunities that the Gulf Coast provides. His father was known as one of the pioneers of the Naples area who owned one of the first local real estate companies. John has many interests, and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, sports, jet skiing, networking and home improvement. He is an active member of Lifestyles Fitness Center and The Go To Network.

Martha Dyches

Position: Sales & Marketing Director

Martha Dyches was born in Cali (Colombia) in a small home surrounded with the unconditional love of her family.

In the year 1994 she received her High School bachelor degree at St. Francis Xavier College and immediately began her graduate studies in Business Management at the University Icesi. This is the Country's 2^nd most important universities in science administration, where in the year 1999 she successfully completed her diploma with Cum Laude Honors.

She began her work experience in the commercial area of ​​the largest airline in Colombia, as an executive business corporate account person. Later, in 2000 she got her certification in Bank Management from the University Politecnico Grancolombiano Nacional de Colombia, which is linked to Colombia's banking sector. This is where she worked for about 7 years in three of the country's largest banks, serving as Branch Manager.

In the year 2009 she entered the food and restaurant sector of the Country, working as general manager of a Crepes and Waffles restaurant in Cali.

In 2010 She moved to U.S. where she met John (the Bugman), and became part of the Small Game Hunters at Premier Pest Management Family.
