John Dyches, a.k.a John the Bug Man or Bugsy, started his pest control career in 1989 under the direction of Bob Belmont, a well-known entomologist. After several years of working for both Belmont Pest Control and A-1 Effective Exterminating, John took his state certification exams and formed Premier Pest Management Inc in 2001.
John is a state-certified operator in both general household pest control and lawn and ornamental. He is always looking forward to improving his expertise through pest control publications and continuing education courses.
John is a Naples, Florida native, whose best friend sometimes refers to him as the town historian. He loves the many opportunities that the Gulf Coast provides. His father was known as one of the pioneers of the Naples area who owned one of the first local real estate companies. John has many interests, and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, sports, jet skiing, networking and home improvement. He is an active member of Naples Fitness Center and The Go To Network.
Clarence Smith

Clarence Smith is the Senior Spray Technician at Premier Pest Management. He is a Southwest Florida native who went to Estero High School. Butch as he is commonly refered to has a wife and two children and is the newest member of Premier Pest Managements staff. Some of his hobbies are football,golf,softball and many other outdoor activities.He also enjoys spending alot of his free time with family and friends.
This has been a career move for Butch who had previously worked in the Surveying field with the same company for 15 years. He has embraced the new opportunity and looks forward to being of asssistance to all of our customers.
